PrimeRead Enterprise v8.0 is a secure, modern, state of the
art, multi-network, multi-vendor Meter Data Management and Revenue Meter
Communications software solution for use in the acquisition, verification,
editing, estimation (VEE), display, manipulation, and archival of revenue

the application is able to interface with all modern, relational databases
(Oracle, Microsoft, etc.) while also retaining an ease of integration with
external, third party applications such as billing systems, geographic interface
systems, work order management systems, and similar modern, database-intensive
